Introduction:

1.This line adopts specially-designed Conical Twin-screw Extruder, improving output by 50%, and saving power by 20-30%. 

2.Hard-gear Reducer work continuously an stably.

3. Vacuum Cooling Calibrating Table is adjustable,and can supply powerful vacuum and sufficient 

cooling,ensuring good shape and high quality of finished profiles. 

4.Cutting Machine adopts Auto-counting device ,ensuring exact length of finished 

profiles for convenient use.

5.All parts of the line is controlled by PLC simultaneously, showed as LCD, which light touching

 the key operate, whole Chinese-English interface ,with the advantages of easy operation

 and stable performance.
